腧穴结构研究室主要应用解剖学、免疫组织化学、细胞生物学等方法研究腧穴的显微结构和生物化学特征以及腧穴脏腑之间的联系途径,并从结构到功能揭示针灸的作用机制。本研究室的主要特色是运用神经示踪技术探查体表穴位和内脏器官的节段性神经支配以及在中枢和外周神经系统中的交汇。目前,科室配备了常规普通和荧光显微镜操作系统,其中包括正置、倒置和体式等显微镜5台,激光共聚焦显微镜(Olympus, FV1200, 日本) 一台,恒冷箱 (Thermo,Microm International FSE, 德国)和平推冰冻切片机 (Thermo, Microm International GmbH, 德国)各一台,脑立体定位仪和微量注射系统一套,可提供细胞形态学测定分析平台设备及相关技术支持。近5年主持了3项国家自然科学基金课题和3项院自主课题。同期发表了8篇SCI论文和6篇核心期刊论文。目前实验室主任是白万柱研究员,成员有崔晶晶、徐东升技术员。
Laboratory for Acupoint-Structure focuses on microstructure and biochemical characteristics of acupuncture point and correlation of acupuncture point and viscera by using anatomical, immunohistochemical and cell biological techniques, and tries to uncover the mechanisms of acupuncture from structure to function. The main feature of the laboratory is to study segmental innervation of acupoints and viscera, as well as their interaction in the central and peripheral nervous systems by neural tracing technique. At present, it has been equipped with ordinary and fluorescence microscope operating systems, including upright and inverted microscopes, two stereomicroscopes, and a laser scanning confocal microscope (Olympus, FV1200, Japan), a cryostat (Thermo, Microm International FSE, Germany), a freezing microtome (Thermo, Microm International GmbH, Germany), a brain stereotaxis instrument, and a microinjection system. During the past five years, the laboratory has obtained 3 project-funds from National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 self-selected-subject funds, and published 8 SCI papers and 6 core papers. Now, head of the laboratory is prof. Bai Wanzhu, and staff members are Cui Jingjing and Xu Dongsheng.
