针灸生化与分子生物学研究室

生物化学与分子生物学研究室主要以疾病模型动物为研究对象,运用生物化学与分子生物学的研究方法,以及代谢组学、转录组学与蛋白组学等系统生物学技术研究针刺干预调节疾病与症状的效应规律及其细胞与分子生物学机制。本研究室拥有核酸与蛋白质的定性定量技术平台和差异蛋白质组研究平台等相关实验设备,并能在针灸研究所公共仪器平台中心共享使用,用以满足全所生化与分子生物学实验的需要。
本室目前的研究方向主要涉及针刺治疗急慢性疼痛、难治性癫痫等病症的效应规律及其细胞与分子生物学机制。主持的在研课题主要有国家自然科学基金项目“电针耳甲区治疗难治性部分性癫痫的效应及其生物学机制”(项目编号:81273833)与“颈部切口痛大鼠背根节神经元-卫星细胞交流对话规律与针刺镇痛的关系研究”(项目编号:81303055),并且作为学术骨干参与国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973项目)“针刺麻醉的神经生物学机制”(项目编号:2013CB531900),“腧穴配伍方案优选及效应影响因素研究”(项目编号:2014CB543100)的子课题两项。近3年来已发表国内核心期刊以及SCI收录论文4篇,投稿待接收SCI论文2篇。

The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology lab mainly focuses on the molecular mechanism of the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the disease rats model with biochemical and molecular biological methods, as well as the system biology technologies such as metabonomics , transcriptomics and proteomics. Our lab provides qualitative and quantitative technical platform of nucleic acid and protein and the research platform of differential proteomics. The facilities are critical in modern life scientific and medical research, and are sharing within the institute of acupuncture and
moxibustion. At present, the lab mainly is interested in the underlying cellular and molecular biological mechanism of acupuncture on the acute and chronic pain, as well as chronic refractory epilepsy . The ongoing research projects mainly include: (a) the project ‘The effect and the mechanisms of auricular acupuncture on seizures of TLE in lithium-pilocarpine model’, and (b) the project ‘the relationship between DRG neuron-satellite cells crosstalk and acupuncture analgesia in rat with neck incision pain’, which are both granted by national natural science foundation of China. Meanwhile, we participated two projects funded by the Major State Basic Research Development Program of China (973 Program). In addition, in recent 3 years, we have published four research papers, and another two articles are submitted.
